This position involves the facilitation and development of opportunities for local artists of diverse backgrounds to further develop their work under the Glitter Festival umbrella.  
Museum of Brisbane - Marketing Manager To inform the Museum’s decision making with well informed marketing information while developing marketing plans and programs which support company goals with a particular emphasis on reaching wider audiences. Whitebox Gallery - Volunteer Interns The Whitebox Gallery are seeking volunteer interns. This role would suit anyone keen to learn more about how a gallery operates, meet industry professionals and find out more about local, national and international artists.  
Mulicap Tactile Sculpture Exhibition Artists are invited to submit entries for Multicap Tactile Sculpture exhibition. All types of forms and materials are eligible for entry with your interpretation of the theme  “Australia”. This exhibition is based on tactile mediums which allow people with disabilities, people with impaired vision and young children to interact with artworks by using touch. 28th May, 2015

The Noosa Regional Gallery is inviting expressions of interest to exhibit new work in [Squeeze] 2015, the 6th biennial exhibition of visual art educators’ work from the region, by visual art educators from Sunshine Coast educational institutions (primary, secondary and tertiary) or Sunshine Coast residents who teach at educational institutions outside of the Sunshine Coast region.

Creative business - an art scholarship pilot A scholarship to combat what Caloundra artist, Margaret Ellen Turner, calls “a vacuum of opportunity on the Coast”, has just received funding by the Council under the Regional Arts Development fund. The 5-month pilot art scholarship, which includes studio space and coaching in both art practice and arts-entrepreneurship, is due to commence July 13 at the Nambour Old Ambulance Station art-business facility.  29th June, 2015
