Curator Register
To assist in the delivery of high quality artwork throughout the city, Brisbane City Council is seeking applications from talented curators to be listed on a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Curatorial Services
This registry is an exciting opportunity for experienced curators to be listed with Council so that different program areas can select curators for future art commissions who have the appropriate skills suitable for different project needs.
Brisbane City Council is seeking applications from curators with experience in public art or community art projects.  Successful applicants will have a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality and well researched curatorials or cultural assessments.  To be listed on the register you will need to have a sound understanding of contemporary art practice and critical discourse, artists, as well as strong links and recognition within the arts industry.
 
The closing date to lodge applications is Wednesday 17th September 2014.
