Melville Haysom Memorial Art Scholarship The Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art invites applications for the Melville Haysom Memorial Art Scholarship. Designed to promote, encourage and advance the development of visual arts in Queensland, the scholarship is offered to artists aged 25 years or under. The scholarship offers $5000 towards materials and expenses for the preparation of work for a specific project. 31st March, 2015

Edmonton Leisure Centre Public Art Project Cairns Regional Council wishes to engage the services of an artist or artists to create a public work in the foyer of the Edmonton Leisure Centre. The Edmonton Leisure Centre was constructed in 2013 in response to the community needing a cyclone shelter. The building now acts as a dual purpose facility housing indoor sporting facilities.
