Flying Arts invites all members of the Flying Arts Alliance community — facilitators, event organisers, touring artists, exhibition staff, contractors, volunteers, and venues hosting workshops, events, and exhibitions — to a webinar about our COVID-19 Safe Events Plan.

Here at Flying Arts Alliance, the health, wellbeing and safety of our staff, clients and community are our number one priority. In accordance with Queensland Government guidelines, Flying Arts has implemented a COVID-19 Safe Events Plan to ensure safe and hygenic practices during our face-to-face events.

Individuals involved in the delivery of these events are legally requires to follow the guidelines in this plan until further notice.

This webinar is an opportunity to:

                         – Learn about Flying Art’s COVID-19 Safe Event Plan
                         – Hear how Flying Arts is keeping our community safe
                         – Understand your responsibilities during in-person events
                         – Ask any questions you have regarding Safe Events

This plan only applies to events under 500 people (including staff and other people on site) that are being held in Queensland. It provides guidelines and compliances for running face-to-face events on the Flying Arts program.

In accordance with Queensland Government regulations, Flying Arts has implemented a COVID-19 Safe Event Plan to ensure compliance with social distancing and contact tracing protocols.
