Digital and Social Media Coordinator: QLD Museum - Brisbane, QLD

The role of Digital Engagement and Social Media Coordinator sits in the Marketing Team of the Queensland Museum Network, which has responsibility for managing the museum’s brand and reputation and promoting exhibitions, events, programming and marketing initiatives through social media and digital communication activity across its network of campuses. The role manages and executes the Queensland Museum Network social media channels through monitoring, community management, scheduling, reporting and content curation and development using tools such as Sprout social and Meltwater. The role also manages and executes the QM website content updates using CMS such as sitecore and wordpress, as well as Google Analytics, and digital activity inclusive CRM management using Microsoft Dynamics, eDMs and reporting and other tools such as eventbrite and survey monkey.
