Feeling stuck in your current creative practice?  Would you like to gain some new perspectives on creative business?  Disrupting your Arts Practice is designed to shift your thinking, help you create positive change and to take your visual art or design-based business to the next level.

This intermediate workshop builds on a participant’s core business skills, to explore the tangible and intangible aspects of creative business. This workshop is vital for creating a vibrant and sustainable practice, investigating alternative approaches to disrupting and developing your creative business. Participants are encouraged to bring along ideas and products to be workshopped during the session.  

Please bring pen and paper or laptop for note-taking, and lunch if required. There are a number of dining options available in close proximity to the venue if needed. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.


Please note: 

The current front entry to the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary is closed for construction. Please enter the building via side door located on Berwick Street through the IMA courtyard.

The workshop space is on Level 4 of the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts. Please follow the Flying Arts signage.
