We are seeking a dynamic By Request Manager to lead and administer our professional development program of artists, arts workers, educators, schools and community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of creative communities across Queensland.

This role will:

• Plan and deliver the By Request Program, including workshops, residencies, and training.
• Manage program bookings, budgeting, and logistics.
• Generate content for activities, funding applications, social media and reports.

What we’re looking or:

• Tertiary qualifications in Arts/Arts Administration/Arts Education or 3-5 years experience in arts program management.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Proven track record in growing arts programs and services.
