Join Flying Arts Alliance as our Regional Arts Fund Program Lead!

We are seeking a dedicated individual to plan, deliver, and promote the Regional Arts Fund (RAF) Program. This role includes overseeing competitive grants, engaging with community and the arts sector, and ensuring program success.

This role will:

• Lead and deliver the RAF Grants Program.
• Administer grants, manage enquiries, and maintain online forms via the SmartyGrants platform.
• Coordinate panel assessments, meetings, and communication with applicants.

What we’re looking or:

• Tertiary qualifications in arts administration, business, or similar.
• 3-5 years’ experience in state or national grant programs or engagement programs.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of regional, rural, and remote Queensland.
