Japanese woodblock printing is used as the point of inspiration for easy in-class printing techniques in this workshop. Learn how to design, prepare and print your own image, guided step-by-step.
Please bring pen and paper or laptop for note-taking, and lunch if required. Participants will be provided with tea, coffee and light refreshments during the workshop, However it is each participants responsibility to provide their own lunch. It is recommended that you bring a packed lunch as the closest food outlets are a driving distance away.

Additional Information
Kay Watanabe is a Brisbane-based visual artist, mainly working in the field of printmaking, and she has also diversified into paintings and 3D objects. Kay actively exhibits in shows and art fairs in Australia and internationally, and has received awards and commendations. She also teaches at workshops for various organisations.
