Josh Milani (b. 1973) is Director of Milani Gallery, Brisbane and a graduate of University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Arts (Art History). He has worked as an art dealer since 2003, representing artists such as Vernon Ah Kee, Vivienne Binns, Gordon Bennett, D Harding, Richard Bell, Megan Cope and Judy Watson. His focus is on presenting and nurturing Australian artists. A particular interest is the legacy of conceptual art, feminism, environmentalism, contemporary indigenous practice and activist art. He has been active in positioning contemporary Australian artists in an international dialogue, including presentations in Documenta 13 (2012), 14 (2017) and 15 (2022) and Sharjah Biennale (2013 and 2019). 

Josh Milani can provide career advice for artists, arts workers and those interested in engaging with contemporary art. Use these 45 minute sessions to discuss matters most relevant to you.
