As a member of the management team, the Gallery Director is responsible for leading the Maitland Regional Art Gallery through a service-oriented, business-based approach that ensures its long term sustainability. This position will direct, develop and advise on the development of Maitland Regional Art Gallery as a place of significance but also having relevance to its local community, providing leadership on collection development, programming excellence, financial and operational sustainability, asset maintenance, business acumen, entrepreneurial flair, artistic programming excellence and support.
