Join Rebecca McDuff and artist, Avi Amesbury, as they pull back the curtain on what it takes to build a sustainable arts career. Known for blending strategic planning with her arts practice, Avi offers practical tips, real-world scenarios and a safe space for honest conversations about the challenges and joys of growing your arts practice.

Who’s Hosting:

Rebecca McDuff is the Director of Bundaberg Regional Galleries and a strong advocate for regional arts practice and the support of regional artists. Rebecca is a Board Director of Flying Arts.

Avi Amesbury is a ceramic artist exploring connections to place and identity. She holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours) from the ANU School of Art. She is a member of the International Academy of Ceramics (IAC) and the IAC Council Member Representative for the Oceania Region. Her work has been selected for national and international exhibitions and acquired for public and private art collections. Her latest solo exhibition Shifting Perspectives: The Self Reconciliation Project is currently on display at Bundaberg Regional Galleries.
