Take the opportunity to discuss your career or practice one-on-one with respected arts industry professional, Robyn Daw. She is the current Creative Industries Program Leader at Logan City Council and served as a judge for the Queensland Regional Art Awards in 2019.
Use these one-hour sessions to discuss matters most relevant to you. Topics of discussion may include:
– Mapping your career goals, strategies and direction
– Discussing project or exhibition ideas
– Gaining feedback on your portfolio
Participants can attend either in-person or via Skype.
Participants to Bring:
– Questions, CVs or resumes, resources, artwork, portfolios or other items to discuss during your consultation.
A computer and internet access will be provided should you wish to use any online resources during your consultation.

Robyn Daw: Robyn Daw is currently Creative Industries Program Leader at Logan City Council, focussing on building the cultural capital of the city. Her portfolio at Council includes Logan Art Gallery, public art, Mayes Cottage House Museum collection, Sister City cultural relations, and Regional Arts Development Fund.
She has worked in leading contemporary art spaces, university and state galleries, including the Queensland Art Gallery and the National Gallery of Australia as curator, lecturer and in senior management. Her published work includes exhibition catalogues and education resources on contemporary, modern and historic art, craft and design, critical essays and reviews in national and international catalogues and magazines. Robyn was a judge for the 2019 Queensland Regional Art Awards.
