Location: Brisbane
The role will assist with the delivery of Flying Arts marketing plan for a range of projects and programs and engage with the coordination of events, partnerships and administration of the philanthropy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of marketing plan for a range of projects, with a key focus on Membership, By Request, Queensland Regional Art Awards (QRAA), Regional Arts Fund (RAF), Flying Arts Programs, Touring and school and community engagement projects
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate Events
- Coordinate Partner Benefits
- Coordinate the administration of the philanthropy portfolio
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Attention to detail is critical
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and emergent situations within conflicting deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation and with our patrons, partners, supporters, and stakeholders
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working within a high-performance team
