QCF has an annual regional grant-making program for charitable organisations in areas such as aged care, family support, children, health and welfare, youth and arts based in the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and North Queensland regions.

Flying Arts is the administrator in Queensland of the Regional Arts Fund (RAF), an Australian Government program provided through Regional Arts Australia.
