Registration Manager: Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences - Sydney, NSW

As the Registration Manager, you will manage all aspects of the Registration unit including people management, collection management, developing MAAS registration policies and standards, improving work practices, and strategic policy and procedure development.

The Registration unit is responsible for managing the Museum’s collection, objects in the Museum’s custody and care and the institutional archive. The unit has a major responsibility for co-ordinating all audit, valuation, insurance, collection copyright, and legal matters relating to the collection, and plays a key role in exhibitions and related projects. The Registration unit is also a key contributor to the planning and realisation of the move of the collection and development of new storage facilities as part of the broader MAAS Project.
