First Coat Studios is seeking a General Manager to develop and deliver on the vision and strategic goals of our shared artist studios and public programs in Residencies, Exhibitions, Workshops and Events. They will lead First Coat Studios into a new chapter as a non-profit arts organisation through business and finance, and play a crucial role in managing human resources and the operational needs of both our bricks and mortar studio and an annual community event with Public Art outcomes, First Coat Block Party.
